How we work on your site's SEO
Manual technical audit
Not just SEMrush or Screaming Frog. We look at the code: URL structure, schema markup implementation, real mobile speed, crawl log issues, keyword cannibalisation between pages. The tool gives raw data. We read it in the context of your sector.
Commercial keyword research
We don't look for high-volume keywords. We look for keywords with purchase intent in your sector and area. For a Tuscan farmhouse, "farmhouse websites Chianti" is worth ten times more than "how to build a farmhouse website".
On-page optimisation
Title tag, H1, meta description, heading structure, page content, internal links, schema markup. Every change is driven by data, not intuition. We create or optimise the pages that are missing to target the identified keywords.
Local and sector link building
Citations in sector directories, local PR, partnerships with thematic sites. We don't sell links. We build domain authority with backlinks from sources relevant to your sector and geographical area.
Quarterly reporting with a call
Every quarter: report with rankings, traffic, GSC data, actions taken and plan for the following quarter. Plus a 30-minute call to discuss it. If something is not working as expected, we say so first.
Time to first results: local keywords with low-to-medium difficulty 3–5 months. Competitive national keywords 6–12 months. These estimates depend on your site's starting point and we share them before we begin.
Four concrete differences in our SEO method
Audit done by hand, not delegated to a tool
SEMrush finds standard technical errors. We read the crawl log, manually analyse the information architecture and verify that each page has a single target keyword without cannibalising the others.
Commercial keywords, not informational
Many SEO agencies optimise for informational keywords ("how to do X") because traffic is high. We work on transactional and commercial keywords: the people searching for these have their wallet ready, not just their curiosity.
Local SEO: intent matters, not just the city
We know the importance of local SEO. "Physiotherapist Milan" and "physiotherapist Brera" are two different keywords, with different competitors and different search intent. We work at this level of granularity.
Direct integration with the development team
Technical SEO interventions - URLs, schema markup, Core Web Vitals - are carried out directly in the code by the same team that built the site. No intermediaries, no "apparently something needs changing on the site but I'm not sure how".
SEO doesn't work in isolation
The SEO we do is integrated with the other services we manage for the same client. It is not a separate module plugged into a site built by someone else.
The SEO architecture is designed at build phase: clean URLs, schema markup, heading hierarchy, speed. We don't optimise post-hoc a site built badly.
Social content generates indirect SEO signals: referral traffic, mentions, links from social profiles. We coordinate the editorial calendar with the SEO strategy.
Product pages for management systems (Alberigo, Web Booking, etc.) need SEO on sector-specific keywords. We manage the SEO of these pages as part of the ecosystem.

Independent cinema - local visibility and programming
Challenge: The website was generating no meaningful traffic. Showtimes and film listings had virtually no visibility on Google, with minimal organic searches for screenings.
Solution: Local SEO optimisation focused on the film listing sections, event schema markup for screenings, and a geo-targeted search strategy.
Searching for a film in the cinema's programme with a geo-located query, it appears as the first result almost every time.
