How we manage your business's social media
Identity and audience analysis
Before writing a single post, we define: the tone of voice (formal or informal? technical or narrative?), the right platforms for your sector (Instagram for a farmhouse, LinkedIn for an SME, Facebook for a local restaurant), the buyer persona you are speaking to. We don't open new profiles: we optimise existing ones or create new ones only where truly needed.
Monthly editorial plan
Every month we prepare the calendar with: post topics, format (photo, video, carousel, reel, story), draft copy, hashtags. The plan is shared with the client at the start of the month. No post is published without explicit approval. If there is a last-minute update (an event, a promotion), a message is all it takes.
In-house content production
Copywriter and designer work together on the same editorial plan. The visual is not "added afterwards" to the text: they are created together. For videos, we work with materials provided by the client or organise periodic filming sessions.
Publishing and community management
Publishing at the optimal days and times for the target audience. If the client wishes, we can respond to public comments within 24 hours, following the agreed tone of voice from phase 1. Private messages are handled with a protocol defined together, so no contact is missed.
Quarterly report with real metrics
Reach, impressions, engagement, followers gained, website clicks, messages received. We don't report "likes". We report the metrics that connect to the business objectives defined in phase 1.
Time required from the client: at most 1 hour per quarter - 30 minutes to approve the plan at the start of the quarter, 30 minutes for the report call at the end of the quarter.

Zero posts published without the client's sign-off. This is not a bureaucratic constraint: it is the guarantee that the tone, messages and timing are always aligned with what is happening in your business.
Copy and visuals produced by the same team
Text and post design are created together. We don't buy stock photos. We don't use generic copy. Every piece of content is written for your profile, your sector, your specific audience.
Business metrics, not vanity metrics
We don't report followers gained as the main objective. We report website clicks, messages received, bookings generated. If a metric doesn't connect to revenue, we don't use it as a KPI.
Integration with Google Ads and Meta Ads
The best organic content becomes paid adverts. The paid and organic strategies are not two separate things: they use the same messages, the same images, the same tone - amplifying what already works.
How it integrates with other services
Social content generates referral traffic and mentions that strengthen the site's authority. The editorial calendar is coordinated with the keyword strategy to amplify priority themes.
Social campaigns always point to optimised landing pages on the site, not the homepage. We build these with the same specifications as the campaign message.
Leads generated from social (DM messages, forms filled from ads) go directly into the CRM. No contact lost in an unmonitored inbox.
